Room met my expectations and the front desk staff was very friendly.
I have stayed in much fancier hotels, but I have never gotten such wonderful service. My husband was staying for a work course nearby and I was allowed to tag along. The rooms were decent and the bedding comfortable with a firm mattress (not rock hard). Tvs however are a bit small for my liking, but we didn't use it much anyways. Did not use the pool or gym however the gym looks nice. We were booked under a different rate than we were supposed to be, but they gave us breakfast included anyways for the mix-up. I asked to take breakfast to our room and was given to go containers. Our waitresses were all wonderful and the staff at the hotel was great. They even gave me a late checkout time since my husbands course was until 4pm on day off checkout. Overall our stay was the best hotel stay I have ever had hands down. I've stayed at dozens of hotels due to my work and never recived stuck friendly service. Ask nicely and if they can, they probably will. We stayed from 9/8-9/11. We will be back. This hotel is full of great people who strive to make genuine connections with their guests. Automatically walking in the doors you feel comfortable- the rooms were clean, the food was awesome, and the location is placed conveniently, right off the freeway! My favorite Hilton property to stay at.
The room was nice (clean, fridge and microwave). Limited service needed because we checked in via phone which was awesome. The lobby was big with coffee, tea and water available.
I hosted an event in the Garden Room at this hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful. The meeting space was perfect for our group and the catered lunch that we ordered and the hotel provided was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Would definitely consider staying at or holding an event here again!
Great spot to get away. The food is great. They have a very nice breakfast here. I was able to get on the first floor in a junior suite. Bed could have been a little more comfortable and the TV a little bigger, but it was clean and spacious.
The location is a little hard to find but it is nice that it is a bit secluded. Room was spacious and clean. I love that they had a breakfast buffet and a made to order options.
We have had an outstanding experience at this hotel, they exceeded all expectations. Laurie at the front desk was so helpful! Everybody on staff has gone above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was larger than average and had a Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. I would definitely stay here again. The customer service was well above average.
